FOBO ULTRA Primary SET (Includes 4 x Sensors and 1 x In-Car Unit)
Used as a primary base for the FOBO Ultra Repeater kit which sits in caravan or semi trailer and allows for full coverage of bigger distances. Hook and swap can be performed with semi trailers with different repeater units on each different trailer.
Primary head unit works off 6x AA batteries included, plus we provide a cable you can use to hard wire head unit to a 12v or 24v supply. We can also provide a cable ( extra charge) to power the Head unit with a USB port. App works via i-cloud so multiple users incl depot manager can view pressures back at the depot or get alarm notifications. Data log pressure info can be downloaded. Full fleet management software can be purchased as well.

FOBO Ultra is an advanced Wireless Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) primarily designed for heavy vehicles using latest Bluetooth 4.1 that works directly with your Android and iOS smartphones or tablets. With an intelligent In-Car monitoring unit that works on its own or simultaneously with your smart devices, FOBO Ultra monitors up to 1296 kPa(188 psi) and gives you an alert in the absence of a smart device. Comes with 4 wireless tire sensors, 1 wireless In-Car unit and a 12V/ 24V 10 feet power cable for hard wiring. Note the unit can be operated independently without wiring with the battery pack included.
NOTE: Caravan setups must use a Primary set in the primary tow vehicle as this acts as the receiver for the Ultra repeater set which must be used on trailers or caravans. This ensures the signal is carried effectively to the tow vehicle. While some customers have had success using a single kit it is not recommended and no guarantees are provided if used in this manner.

Easy DIY Installation
install FOBO Ultra without the need for professional help. Just follow the FOBO Ultra app’s simple on-screen instructions. You do not need to change or modify your tire’s existing pressure valve. Just screw on the FOBO Ultra sensors and you are good to go.

Theft Deterrent
so stolen FOBO Ultra sensors and In-Car unit cannot be reused. Each FOBO Ultra is locked to a specific owner’s FOBO cloud account. Furthermore, the package come with anti-theft nut and a small wrench to mechanically lock the sensors from being stolen. Replacement sensors will be available for purchase separately. You will also be notified by the FOBO Ultra App in the event any tire sensor is missing.
Importance of proper tyre inflation
78,392 crashes (414 fatalities) occurred ANNUALLY in the US due to flat tyres or blowouts before tyre pressure monitoring systems were installed in vehicles (ref. NHTSA. (2003, June). “FMVSS No. 139, New Pneumatic tyres for Light Vehicles”, Docket No. NHTSA-2003-15400-2).
Tyre tread life would decrease by about 8,704km due to driving with under-inflation over its lifetime. That translates to 15-20% of a typical tyre life. (ref. NHTSA Docket No. NHTSA-2000-8572-26).
Fuel efficiency is reduced by 1% for every 3 psi of under-inflation. With proper inflated tyres, US car drivers could save US$11 billion in fuel (US Energy Information Administration – 2013). (ref. NHTSA Docket No. NHTSA-2000-8572-26)
